This family-owned and operated vineyard is located in the foothills above the Shenandoah Valley. The unique terroir of the vineyard provides perfect soil conditions for the high-quality varietals grown there. At Cave Ridge, you can visit Wednesday through Saturday. Visits are from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. It’s one of the best Virginia Wine Country tours!

The fifth-oldest vineyard in Virginia, Shenandoah Vineyards first planted their vines back in 1976. They never looked back. With 15 acres of French varietals, Shenandoah Vineyards produces fine wines you’ll definitely want to try. The vineyard is open every day of the year, except major holidays. You can visit from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the winter and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the summer.
