Orientation & Move-in dates - we provide a 10% discount
(no other discount may be applied)

Family & Graduation Weekends - we upcharge and require a non-

refundable deposit;

graduation reservations must be fully paid-in-advance.   We maintain a

Wait List for both these special event weekends.  Six months prior to the

event we contact those individuals on the Wait List, accept deposits and/or

advance payments, and send formal confirmations.  We

give priority to those familes who have stayed with us during their

student's college career.
