Reservation Requirements
- To confirm your reservations a deposit of one night's room rate may be paid by VISA or MASTERCARD.
- Minimum two-night stay preferred on weekends.
- Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., or by pre-arranged appointment, but no later than 9pm.
- Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check out is available for an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations cause significant adverse impact due to our small size. If notice of cancellation is provided 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival time, your deposit (minus a $50 service charge) will be refunded. Reservations and/or Cancellations less than fourteen days prior to the arrival date are responsible for the entire balance due. Certain "special event" weekends may require that guests are responsible for the entire duration of their stay and charged a Non Refundable Deposit.
Inclement Weather Policy
If weather prevents travel, we will charge your credit card for the balance due, but issue a Gift Certificate equal to the amount of your full stay, to be used at a future date, subject to availability.
